Scope of Processing Personal Data:
We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is usually based on the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of data is permitted by law.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data:
If we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures. If the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis. In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, and the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override the first-mentioned interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
Data Erasure and Storage Duration:
Personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may take place beyond this if provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files:
Description and Scope of Data Processing:
Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device. The following data is collected:1. Legal Basis for Data Processing:
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Purpose of Data Processing:
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the delivery of the website to the user's device. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. The data is also used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. This data is not used for marketing purposes.
Duration of Storage:
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collected for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session is ended. In the case of data stored in log files, this occurs no later than seven days after the collection. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users will be deleted or anonymized so that an association with the accessing client is no longer possible.
Objection and Removal Option
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files are mandatory for the operation of the website. Therefore, there is no option for users to object.

Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted to our site. Therefore, as a user, you have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in your internet browser, you can disable or restrict the transmission of cookies. Already stored cookies can be deleted at any time, including automated deletion. If cookies are disabled for our website, it may no longer be possible to fully use all the functions of the website.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offering by users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement, which provides a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offering by users, compile reports on the activities within this online offering, and provide us with other services related to the use of this online offering and internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not associated with other data from Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings accordingly; users can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offering as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. The personal data of users will be deleted after 14 months.

On our website, we have a contact form that collects and stores the following personal data: name, email address, and message. This data is used solely for the purpose of handling the contact request. Additionally, when a message is sent, the date and time of registration are also stored. The legal basis for processing this data is the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or, if the contact aims to enter into a contract, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose. Users have the right to revoke their consent or object to the storage of their personal data, which would result in the deletion of the data. Users also have rights to access, rectify, and restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability. They have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe their data protection rights have been violated.

Other personal data processed during the sending process is used to prevent abuse of the contact form and ensure the security of our information systems.
Storage Duration:

For the personal data obtained through the contact form and email correspondence, this occurs when the respective conversation with the user is concluded. A conversation is considered concluded when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter at hand has been resolved. Additional personal data collected during the sending process is deleted no later than seven days after its collection.
Right to Object and Erasure:
The user has the right to revoke their consent for the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us via email, they can also object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such cases, the conversation cannot be continued, and all personal data stored during the contact will be deleted.
